What is not known
The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee briefing document states verbatim that it has not identified any clinical studies or human exposure data for KPV via any route of administration. This is not an absence of evidence we inferred; it is an absence a regulator went looking for and documented.
What you would need to buy
Vial counts are computed by simulating consumption, not by dividing total milligrams. Those two disagree whenever a vial cannot be finished, which is most of the time, and dividing under-buys.

Treating KPV as the mild one because the amount is small
Small mass is not the same as characterised safety. There is no human exposure record for this compound at all, which means there is also no adverse-event record.
Four compounds, one outcome
If something improves, nothing in this design tells you which compound did it. If something goes wrong, the same problem applies in reverse.
Buying the pre-blended vial and then reading a per-compound plan
Several vendors sell a single KLOW blend vial. Its ratios are the vendor's, not this plan's, and the cost table below will not substitute a blend for four single compounds.
What is worth measuring
Markers that would actually tell you something, and what each one tells you. Nothing here is a requirement, and none of it substitutes for a clinician who knows your history.
