What is not known
The only registered human trial of BPC-157, NCT02637284, used oral tablets, has status Unknown, and never posted results. There is no human evidence for injected use at any amount.

What is not known
Every human trial in this area used full-length thymosin beta-4, not the fragment sold as TB-500, and the largest of those used 0.05 to 25 µg/kg intravenously. The figure above is roughly thirty times that mass, by a different route, of a different molecule.

Shelf life, not volume, is what limits this vial. It holds enough for more administrations than you can use inside roughly 30 days of being reconstituted, so the vial count above is driven by that window rather than by the arithmetic. Buying a larger vial would make this worse, not cheaper.

Copper-binding tripeptide reported in cell culture to raise collagen and matrix protein synthesis.
What is not known
The one human randomised trial was topical, enrolled thirteen people, and was negative on every objective endpoint. A 2026 review in the American Journal of Sports Medicine states that no clinical data support musculoskeletal use.
What you would need to buy
Vial counts are computed by simulating consumption, not by dividing total milligrams. Those two disagree whenever a vial cannot be finished, which is most of the time, and dividing under-buys.

Assuming the copper peptide adds the skin benefit it is sold for
The dermal claims come from topical formulations and cell culture. Injecting it is a different exposure with no human trial behind it, and the one human trial that exists measured skin and found nothing.
Buying a 50 mg GHK-Cu vial and expecting to finish it
At the figures above a 50 mg vial holds more than a month of material, and reconstituted peptide is conventionally treated as good for thirty days refrigerated. The plan below accounts for that; dividing milligrams does not.
Reading three compounds as three times the evidence
Combining compounds multiplies the unknowns rather than the evidence. Nothing here has been studied alongside anything else here.
