Wolverine Stack
BPC-157 + TB-500 — soft-tissue repair stack
Also called BPC-157 + TB-500, Wolverine protocol, healing stack, BPC TB blend
The most-searched stack in this category, and the one with the least human evidence behind it.
Combination evidence: Preclinical
Where every number on this page comes from
Each quantity carries one of these five labels. They are not interchangeable, and the difference between the first and the last is the difference between a regulated finding and a rumour with a number attached.
- FDA labelling
- This figure appears in FDA-approved product labelling for an approved indication. It is the strongest warrant on this site.
- Published study arm
- This figure is the quantity administered in a named arm of the linked study. It describes what was studied, not what is advised.
- Clinical guideline
- This figure appears in published clinical or professional guidance.
- Manufacturer protocol
- This figure comes from a manufacturer or investigator document rather than from peer-reviewed literature.
- Community practice — no trial
- No clinical trial has tested this figure. It reflects what is commonly reported in practice and carries no evidentiary weight. It is shown because it is what circulates, and because showing it with this label is more useful than pretending it does not exist.
The figure most often reported for each compound. Where a compound has no separately sourced figure at this level, its most commonly reported figure is used instead, and the citation beneath it says so.

Upper end of commonly reported per-administration quantities
Prepared at 5 mg in 2 mL
Every quantity above is one administration. At 2 times daily, that is 3.50 mg per week.

| Pull to (U-100) | 10.0 units | Doses per vial | 20 |
| This phase | 56 administrations | Vials, this phase | 3 |
Why it is here
Frequently administered near the site of interest on the reasoning that local concentration matters. That reasoning comes from animal models and has not been tested in humans.
What is not known
There is no human pharmacokinetic data. Half-life, bioavailability, and whether subcutaneous administration reaches the tissue of interest at all are unestablished.

Why it is here
Twice-weekly administration during the loading period.
What is not known
Thymosin beta-4 human trials used formulated topical and ophthalmic preparations at defined concentrations. Those trials do not support injected quantities for musculoskeletal repair.

The loading-then-maintenance structure itself has never been tested against a flat schedule.
What you would need to buy
Vial counts are computed by simulating consumption, not by dividing total milligrams. Those two disagree whenever a vial cannot be finished, which is most of the time, and dividing under-buys.

What usually goes wrong
Ranked by how often it happens rather than by how serious it sounds.
Reading a confident schedule as confident evidence
This page is precise about arithmetic and honest about warrant. The precision of the numbers says nothing about whether they work. Every figure here is marked community practice for a reason.
Extrapolating animal µg/kg figures
Most BPC-157 literature reports µg per kg of body weight in rodents. Those figures do not convert to a human quantity by multiplying by body weight, and doing so is where most circulating numbers originate.
Assuming pre-blended vials are equivalent
A blended vial fixes the ratio between the two compounds. If you want to change one independently, separate vials are the only way, and the arithmetic differs.
What is worth measuring
Markers that would actually tell you something, and what each one tells you. Nothing here is a requirement, and none of it substitutes for a clinician who knows your history.
| Marker | When | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| The injury itself — range of motion, pain on load | Weekly | The only endpoint that matters here, and the only one you can actually observe. |
| Injection site reaction | Each administration | Most commonly reported issue with subcutaneous peptide administration. |
Populations this was not studied in
An absence of evidence in a group is not evidence of safety in that group. These are listed because the gap itself is the finding.
- Any human population, for this combination
- Anyone with active or historical malignancy — angiogenic mechanisms are the stated rationale and that cuts both ways
