Peptide protocols, with the arithmetic already done

Every protocol gives you the whole plan: what goes in the syringe, what to pull to, how many vials it takes, and what it costs at each vendor.

What makes these different from every other protocol library is that every single number carries its own source. A figure from an FDA label and a figure from a forum are both here, and they never look the same.

FDA labellingPublished study armCommunity practice — no trial

Protocols built from approved labelling and published trial arms carry the first two badges. Ones built from community practice carry the third. Both are here, because pretending the second group does not exist does not stop anyone running it. Knowing which is which does.

15 protocols, every one of them a real page. Nothing here is a placeholder.

Cognitive & focus

Nootropic and neuropeptide protocols.

Growth hormone axis

Secretagogues and releasing hormones acting on growth hormone.

Tissue repair & recovery

Soft tissue, tendon and injury protocols. Heavily used, thinly evidenced.

Weight & metabolic

Incretin agonists and metabolic compounds. The best-evidenced group on the site.

How to use this library

Every protocol follows the same shape, so you can compare two of them without relearning the page. A phase map, then each compound with its sourced quantity and the arithmetic worked out, then a weekly grid, a syringe-pull reference, a shopping list, and the cost at every vendor.

If you know what you are looking for, search above — it matches nicknames as well as formal names, so “wolverine” finds the BPC-157 and TB-500 stack and “GLP-1” finds semaglutide. If you are browsing by goal, start with the category chips. If you want the full index, switch to A–Z.

Nothing in this directory is a placeholder. Every entry is a page that exists, with real numbers and real sources behind it. A directory padded with “coming soon” rows tells you how big someone wants to look, not what they have.

What these pages are not

None of this is a recommendation, and none of it is medical advice. A protocol page describes a schedule and computes its arithmetic. It does not know your history, your medications, or your reason for being here, and it cannot tell you whether any of this is a good idea. Many of the compounds described are not approved for human use.

Prescription-only compounds, anabolic steroids and post-cycle therapy agents are deliberately absent from this site. That is a scope decision, not an oversight.

Looking for a compound rather than a protocol? The Peptide Almanac lists all 161 compounds across the nine reference catalogues.
